Welcome to Flint & Feather. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms.
1. About us Flint & Feather is a brand operated by JMOCNIK LLC, a limited liability company registered in Casper, Wyoming, USA. Contact: info@flintandfeather.com.
2. Products Every piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in finish, engraving, and patina are part of what makes each item unique — not defects. Product photos are representative; the piece you receive may carry small natural differences.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. JMOCNIK LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example: stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
- Payment is processed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

5. Returns See our separate Return and Refund Policy. Personalized items are final sale.
6. Intellectual property All designs, photos, text, logo, and the brand name "Flint & Feather" are the property of JMOCNIK LLC. Please don't copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability JMOCNIK LLC and Flint & Feather are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products beyond their intended purpose. Each piece is meant to be worn and carried — natural wear, patina, and aging are expected and part of the character.
8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
