Every Flint & Feather order is packed and shipped by hand from Casper, Wyoming, USA.
Processing time
- In-stock items: shipped within 2–5 business days.
- Made-to-order / personalized items: 7–14 business days before shipping.
Shipping destinations & times
Domestic (United States):
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
International:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders) Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@flintandfeather.com with your order number and we'll help track it down. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs — but we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require the customer to pay re-shipping costs.
