Returns & Refunds
Every Flint & Feather piece is handmade with care — and I want you to be genuinely happy with what you carry.
Return window You may return any non-personalized item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Personalized / custom items Pieces with custom initials, engravings, or made-to-order specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@flintandfeather.com with photos. I'll make it right — replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping.
How to start a return Email info@flintandfeather.com with your order number and the reason for return. I'll send you the return address and instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
Exchanges Need a different letter or size? Email info@flintandfeather.com — I'm happy to help arrange an exchange when stock allows.
