How long does it take?
Most pieces are made-to-order and ship in 7–14 business days. In-stock items ship in 2–5 business days. After your piece ships, US standard delivery is 3–7 business days. International orders take a little longer — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Because each personalized piece is made specifically for you, personalized items are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days at info@flintandfeather.com and we'll make it right — replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping.
What metal do you use?
Our pieces are made with a hypoallergenic polished alloy. The finish develops a subtle patina over time — that's the metal warming to your skin and how you wear it. Wipe with a soft cloth, keep dry, and avoid lotion and perfume.
Will it tarnish?
With normal daily wear and basic care (dry storage, soft cloth wipe), the finish holds up well. Over years, you'll see the polish soften in the places you touch most — we think that's part of the point.
Can I choose my own initial?
Yes — every piece is offered A through Z. Select your letter from the dropdown before adding to cart. Mix and match if you're ordering for more than one person.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Canada typically arrives in 7–14 business days; rest of world in 10–21. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total.
Is it gift-ready?
Every order arrives in our branded gift packaging. Adding Priority Processing + Gift Wrap at checkout adds tissue, ribbon, and faster handling.
